Nicky Whelan has been an Australian model, actress, and television personality from the 10th of May, 1981. Two of her projects led her to Hollywood: the choral drama Hollywood & Wine in which she starred as an aspirant Hollywood actor. Then by landing a recurring character in the ninth season of Scrubs in the role of Maya the very hot medical student. But the show abruptly stopped. Then, she begins shooting for the Farrelly brother-based comedy Good to shoot featuring the Jason Sudeiki and Owen Wilson tandem. This is followed by appearances in series movies and B series. In 2013, she received increased exposure. She was a part in seven episodes on Franklin and Bash and landed her first ever regular part, in Chosen. Milo Ventimiglia played the lead.
